Near to Bukit Bintang Plaza.
The towel supplied is torn / dirty and there is no soap holder in the shower. There is no separate reading light at the bedside. Reading Lights both right and left of the bed have a common on/off switch. The housekeeping made a lot of noise early in the morning

The staffs are not helpful. The door key was broken for the whole 7 nights we stayed. we had to change them once or twice a day. the room was not cleaned everyday. the amenities are not provided everyday.

I had a really great stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and it felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Second, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff took great care in keeping the rooms clean and tidy, and they were also very attentive to my needs. Lastly, the location of this hotel was fantastic. It was situated near some of the city's top attractions, making it convenient for exploring. I was very satisfied with my stay.
All in all, everything was fine.

great location!! in the heart of it all. close to shopping (great shopping malls down the road) and local food/bars. Staff were helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable room, nice warm shower. secure
one drawback was that the hallways are noisy/slamming doors. I could hear people's conversations outside the hotel door, and you could hear neighbours moving furniture around/kettle boiling. I also had to cover the shower drain as there was alot of dripping water noises coming from the floor at night.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone took great care of me day and night. My room was always well tended too, I had a comfortable clean bed. The Cleaning ladies were a marvel, so kind n helpful. The Reception staff were more than helpful. If you want a great holiday in a great hotel with a Price All Can Afford, stay here. Every member of staff treats you with great care and like a friend. I was really impressed by the Hotel from every angle and will definatly stay there again.

Great value for money with clean and well-equipped rooms. the location is perfect, being close to key attractions and amenities, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. the hotel also offers secure parking facilities, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.
the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as I noticed a few hairs and leaves in the room.

Courteous staff, very helpful to address our immediate needs. Comfortable and spacious room. Located within walking distance of attractions in the Bukit Bintang area. Very good value for money.
Parking is a bit limited, although available on site.

I booked the family room, but I think it's not big enough for family room!. This hotel is suitable for couple, cause the wall's bathroom from glass.. !
